ALPHABEVCO OPC is looking for Brewmasters who have experience with and appreciate many different styles of beer.**Responsibilities**: Following existing beer recipes and developing new onesSelecting high-quality ingredients for use in beer recipesMixing ingredients and overseeing the fermentation of recipesTasting beers and making adjustments throughout the fermentation processCleaning and caring for all brewing equipmentManaging other brewery personnel and brewery resourcesSkills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in breweriesPassion for beer and an appreciation for different beer stylesFamiliarity with basic beer recipes and brewing conceptsExcellent sense of taste and smellGood physical condition5+ years of experience working in breweries1+ years of experience supervising or managing employeesPost-secondary accreditation from German University coursework on brewing beer
