Brewery Assistant

ALPHABEVCO OPC is looking a Brewery Assistant

 

Job Description

Assists in execution of kegging operations

Operates keg washing machines and washes kegs

Performs constant cleaning of brewing and cellar equipment and of brewing facility

Consistently cleans all points of operations including but not limited to:
floors, grain out, tanks, parts, fixtures, etc

Accurately follows standard operating procedures to include sanitation and sterilization Regulations

Drives company vehicle and execute keg deliveries

Operates

other operating equipmentPerforms all other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

Strong affection for cleaning

Preferably Moderate to strong knowledge of brewing process

Willingness to learn, take notes, study, be coachable, and improve every day

Willingness to work hard, independently, to complete duties as assigned in an efficient and effective manner

Strong work ethic and time management skills

Ability to follow written and oral instruction

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
