Brand Marketing Manager

About the role The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in developing go-to-market strategies, generating ideas from customers, and strengthening the brand's overall health in order to sustainably expand the company's revenue. The Brand Manager will assume the role of primary brand custodian, identifying, creating, and implementing the overall brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, roadmap, and marketing plans that align with company goals and market trends. Define and communicate the brand's positioning, value propositions, and key messages to target audiences. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including ROI, brand equity, and customer feedback. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform brand strategies and decisions. · Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Analyze market intelligence data as input for brand plans. Identify and summarize industry trends and implications for the brand. Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain a competitive edge and brand differentiation. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency and integrity. Work closely with sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment and support business objectives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years or more of Managerial experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.Work Set Up : Monday to Friday is onsite; Saturdays are remote work. Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm Willing to work on site
