The Job Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand and Content Marketing, SEA, this role will help in all MAX brand and content marketing activities in the Philippines. The Brand Marketing Manager will help identify, develop, and inspire the Company brand marketing efforts to be outstanding, forward-thinking, and culturally relevant. In this role, you will help lead all facets of marketing strategy from campaign development and end-to-end campaign management of some of the brand's biggest initiatives, such as content marketing campaigns that align with both show-specific branding as well as driving engagement with new and existing fans.
The Daily Support the execution of the brand and content marketing strategy to bring Max to audiences in the Philippines
Collaborate with the regional marketing team and agency partners in the development and execution of Max's launch and ongoing brand and content marketing campaigns
Assist in driving the comprehensive brand management process, leading a campaign from start to finish with minimal supervision
Contribute to developing brand strategy and crafting a meaningful 360-degree campaign brief that aligns with broader brand, audience, and channel strategies
Help guide campaigns across the organization, ensuring partners are aligned and providing approvals throughout the process
Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, even if they are at different stages of execution and development
Work closely with Insights & Research to optimize campaigns based on consumer data and framework mapping, while addressing the need for trend-based, insight-driven solutions
The Essentials Bachelor's degree; 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company
Proven experience leveraging performance and audience data to inform successful influencer campaigns
Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution
Familiarity with audience behaviors and successful content strategies. Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels
Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume
Self-starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics
Effective collaborator, comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Savvy in building presentation decks and is able to synthesize one-line positioning and visualizing proposals
Fluency in written and spoken English
A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture, new trends and HBO with excitement for our content and product.
