Shift Schedule: Graveyard shift

Non-negotiable Qualifications:
> Graduation (in any stream) or diploma
> At least 5 years of BPO Operations Management experience in Customer Service (BFSI Preferred) - Voice and/or Back office Operations
> Strong financial background
> Good tenure
