Job Description The opportunity The Agency Unit Head will be under Salaried Agency Leader's program and will participate as well in the Zonal activities of the Recruiting Leader's Zone. The role is an independent leader, focus on recruitment, coaching and development of Financial Advisors of the Unit. On the job, you will: Conduct Career Opportunity seminars within the area assigned to them to prospect and recruit Advisors to join the team. Work in close coordination with the Head Office to drive social media sourcing strategy within their area. Ensure smooth onboarding of the recruits and early activation including completion of the First 100 days Onboarding journey. Follow and implement the Manulife Agency system within the Unit with activities including but not limited to joint field work with new advisors; coaching; performance reviews; Unit Meetings; business planning and goal setting; and Activity Management. Ensure all the Manulife programs, compensation system and career development roadmap are communicated and well understood by the Advisors within the team. Ensure compliance to all the training curriculum and programs and abiding to all the code of ethics and compliance / regulatory standards as prescribed by the company. How will you create impact?
