As our newest CSR/TSR, you will be part of a dynamic team who helps localize what customers consume on television, in cinemas, in new media, and in the gaming world. You will address ticket-based inquiries and draft critical daily reports. Your expertise in working on key business apps and multimedia will assist us in streamlining our client's fast-paced operations.

How You Spend Your Eight HoursPrepare and send detailed end-of-day reports
Track ticket status and document the steps taken and resolutions achieved
Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and goals
Escalate issues to the development team with comprehensive information
Adhere to ticket deadlines
What You Must PossessProficiency in using applications (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook, and Google Sheets)
Experience in multimedia focused on video production and subtitle translation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
