We're looking for a skilled and motivated Boom Truck Helper/Rigger to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with heavy equipment and contributing to successful project execution.

Here's what we're looking for:
• High School Graduate: A solid foundation in education is essential.
• PEZA Document Expertise: You'll be knowledgeable in processing PEZA documents and familiar with delivery documents like DRR.
• Troubleshooting Skills: A basic understanding of troubleshooting is a plus.
• Rigger Certification: Possessing an NCI or NCII Rigger Certificate is a must.
• Valid Driver's License: Having a driver's license is required.

What you'll be doing:
• Preparing Loads: Inspecting and getting loads ready for movement.
• Setting Up Equipment: Aligning and leveling heavy equipment machinery.
• Rigging Expertise: Selecting and preparing rigging gear like beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.
• Safety First: Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.
• Teamwork: Working collaboratively with others and following company rules.
