With over three decades of expertise in facilities and property operations, we have a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.Primary Responsibilities:1.System Monitoring and Operation:- continuously monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems, are functioning optimally.- Operate and adjust BMS settings to maintain optimal building conditions based on occupancy, weather, and energy efficiency goals.2.Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.- Generate and submit detailed reports on system performance, energy consumption, and any incidents or corrective actions taken.3.Compliance and Safety:- Ensure all BMS operations comply with local, national, and international regulations, including those set by TESDA.- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all building systems operate within safe parameters.4.Training and Support:- Provide training and support to other team members on BMS operations and best practices.- Stay updated on the latest BMS technologies and TESDA certifications.Qualifications:•Education:- TESDA Certificate in Building Management Systems or equivalent.- Relevant technical diploma or degree is an advantage.•Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining BMS in commercial buildings.•Skills:- Proficient in using BMS software for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills for reporting and training purposes.Benefits:Life Insurance, Medical Insurance (Health Card), OT Pay and government benefits.You can earn as much as PHP 20,000!!
