Bim Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with a major in Drafting preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience as a Revit Modeler, Drafter, or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record in BIM management.
• Extensive experience in residential construction and interior design is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM technologies, including ArchiCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong foundational knowledge of building construction technologies and principles.
• Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings with precision.
• Proficient in design and drafting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
