Service Broad Functions
- Ensures that the installment receivables are billed on time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Bills buyers for monthly down payment, amortization, improvements
and other dues.
2. Processes textblast to the buyers with updated account.
3. Sends notices through courier service and philpost.
4. Hand-carries Forfeiture Notices.
5. Requires buyer to accept Forfeiture Notice.
6. Encodes and updates statues of Notices, Proof of Delivery (POD)
and return to Sender (RTS) system.
7. Ensures the courier services are paid on time.
8. Validates the duly accomplishes Delivery Receipt/Receiving copy
9. Prepares monthly Billing report for delivered notices.
