Location / Shift Clark Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The Billing and Administrative Assistant we are looking for will be responsible for client billing and respond to client billing request . Other key responsibilities: ? Follow-up with clients on past due invoices by phone and email ? Maintain up-date client records ? Complete additional administrative tasks that clients may have. ? Live the client's Creed while at work. Qualifications ? Accounting experience. ? Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred ? Customer service and communication skills. ? Ability to work as a team. ? Able to manage time and be self-directed ? Good listening and questioning skills ? Proactive follow-up on contacts.
