Bidding And Sales Engineer

• Responsible for preparation of project estimates and bid documents
• Ensures that the purchased bidding documents are exact and complete
• Ensures all approved bids are submitted on time and in compliance with current rules and regulations
• Oversees the bidding and contract handling operations of the Company
• Prepares Sales Quotation & Sales Order through SAP System
• Prepares eligibility requirements
• Prepares and requests for surety bond, performance bond, bidders bond, and Constructor All Risk Insurance
• Prepares and estimates for legal, technical, financial documents prior for submission to agency
• Coordinates with different contractors for project coordination prior for bid winning
• Processes and follow up Notices and Contract signing
