Bank Sales Associate - Field Work

Job Title: Associate (Small Merchants)
Work arrangement: 90% fieldwork in Cebu, 10% work from home

Qualifications:
> College graduate (4-year course), any course is accepted
> Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales in the life insurance or banking and finance industry
> Exposure to working within the banking/financial/fintech industry; any bank is accepted
> Experience in Merchant Acquiring is an advantage
> Willing to do field work which involves visiting different bank branches
> No active loans or credit issues (credit card loans, loan apps, government loans, etc.)
> Amenable to travel to Ortigas for the one-week onboarding.
Airfare and accommodation with complimentary breakfast will be provided by the company the entire onboarding period BUT lunch and dinner will be c/o the hire

Job Summary:
Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants
Provide assistance to the company promotions and projects
Conduct searches and evaluations of prospective merchants for affiliation within your area of responsibility by building their portfolio
Responsible for reviewing actual billings against targets, and preparing weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
Fieldwork within your designated area is required
Selling bank products, except credit cards
Involves lead generation and client acquisition
