Details of the offer

Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order placements, account inquiries, billing issues, and technical support.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and improve service quality.
Stay updated on product knowledge, system changes, and company policies.
