Auxiliary Driver

Position Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience of Auxiliary Technician/Tender related position in a food manufacturing industry or FMCG
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Technology Field
Advantage but not required if Certified Plant Mechanic or Registered Mechanical Engineer
NCII in Arc Welding advantage but not required
NCII in Machining advantage but not required
Preferably familiar with Beverage Manufacturing
With basic knowledge on RCA tools: 5 Whys and BDA
With basic understanding of HIRA (Hazard identification and Risk Assessment)
Excellent in handling improvement projects
With manual dexterity
With exposure on the following: Atlas Copco & Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor, Vilter Refrigeration System, Superior or Cleaver Brooks Boiler System
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Skills
Basic to Intermediate Experience on TIG , Arc welding & Gas Welding
Basic to Intermediate Experience on Turning Lathe
Knowledgeable on Basic Pneumatics,
Advance knowledge on Pump maintenance & Mechanical seal selection and fitment
Highly knowledgeable on Power Transmission and Conveyors (Belt, Flat top, Roller and chain)
Basic to intermediate knowledgeable on Bearings selection and Fitment
Advance knowledge on Geared Motor Maintenance
Can read electrical drawings and basic mechanical drawings
Basic knowledge on Variable Speed Drives, Servo Controllers
Basic knowledge on Sensor, Encoder selection and maintenance
Intermediate to advance knowledge on Steam System
Intermediate to advance knowledge on Refrigeration System
Intermediate to advance knowledge on Air Compressor System
Experience in process engineering
