General / Behavior abilities:1. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field2. At least 5 years' experience in IT support and maintenance, System analysis, System developer or related fields.3. Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession,4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department,5. Customer service oriented,6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)7. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints,8. Able to take decisions/initiatives on his/her own9. Willing to do some traveling10. Dedication
