Auction Support Specialist

AUCTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST - JAPANESE SPEAKER

 

Job Purpose:
Receive bids from Car Buyers and procure vehicles through Japan Car auctions

Provide auction sheet translations

Coordinates work instructions to Car Buyers and Customers

Handle transportation booking for vehicles purchased from the different auctions in Japan

Input and review accurate product descriptions

Participate in company productivity improvement initiatives

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience in the Japanese language
- Japanese Language proficiency for translation and communication

JLPT passer is an advantage but not necessary

Strong verbal and written English communication

Basic computer skills

Knowledgeable of different car models and their mechanics is an advantage but not necessary.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Offsite reliable internet access that can allow remote working as the need arises

Willing to work in Cebu City Area
