Job RequirementsGraduate of any Bachelor's DegreeMust at least 1-2 years managerial experience related to retail, customer service, & fast-food.Ensures growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks; proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales.Being a Store head of the branch.Assigned at SM CDO DOWNTOWN PREMIER or SM CDO UPTOWNJob Type: Full-time
