Responsibilities: Lead the team in achieving sales volume targets and other KPIs; guide distributor in achieving reach and coverage targets.Formulate local trade programs that will increase Big E business; maintain and develop specific key accounts in the territory.Analyze sell-in and sell-out of distributor; implement key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve sales growth.Job Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position.Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.Required skill(s): Excellent organizing and planning skills, people management skills, computer proficiency, negotiation skills.
