Assistant/ Support Staff

We are looking for a highly organized Support Assistant with contracting skills to provide administrative support, manage contracts, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support.

Draft, review, and manage contracts.

Coordinate with teams and clients regarding contract updates.

Maintain and update records and files.

Assist with scheduling and logistics.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in contract management and drafting.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Previous administrative experience.
Knowledgeable in Photoshop

Preferred Skills:

Experience with contractors or legal teams.

Ability to work independently.
