Required Skills Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course3-5 years solid experience in digital recruitment marketing or online talent sourcing preferably in the same industryExcellent presentation, data analysis and communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associatesCapable to generate new ideas and manage them into reality Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assessStrong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
