Steel Estimator (Dayshift / Onsite)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in estimating for steel projects in various sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, or residential).
Excellent Communication Skills (English)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with Australian Standards and building practices is an advantage.
Strong understanding of steel construction, fabrication, and erection processes.
Proficiency in estimating software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Australia (preferred but not required).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
