Job Description:
*Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including tenant
relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
*Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional
and courteous manner.
*Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements,
safety regulations, and property standards.
*Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, liaising with
contractors, vendors, and property owners to ensure timely completion and
quality workmanship.
*Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to
property management activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests,
and lease agreements.
*Assist with financial management tasks, such as rent collection, budgeting, and
expense tracking.
*Support the implementation of property management policies, procedures, and
best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
*Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company
objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.

Job Requirements:
*With experience in real estate property management (US, US, AU)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
*Experience with property management software (e.g., PropertyTree, Property Me, RP Data) is a plus
*Australian experience is a plus
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
*Reliable internet connection and home office setup
*Can Start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Offer: Php15,000-Php30,000 per month

Schedule:
8 Hour Shift
Day Shift
Monday-Friday
