Qualifications:
•5 years BPO experience
•At least 2 years of team handling experience
•1-2 years of healthcare domain experience

*Work Allocation - Tracking, Reviewing, Checking for pendency and re-allocation, SLA & TAT *Client Management Query resolution & managing and removing roadblocks which may impact the ability of associates Complete administrative tasks such as attendance, leave regularization, schedule adherence, communication with people, One on One and any training or coaching requiredReporting IT Issues and keeping the stakeholders and Management Informed. Maintaining a downtime log with the incident numberTracking daily incoming volume & Checking due date transactions against the capacity for the day/week/month
