Branch Optometrist

The Branch Optometrist is responsible for analyzing patients' vision tests, identifying sight problems, and prescribing corrective lenses and eyeglasses.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Comprehensive eye and vision tests:Diagnose refractive errors, such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatismProvide necessary management suited for different cases of their patientsPrescribe prescriptions that meet optimal visual clarity and comfort for their patientsAdvise patients on proper eye care techniquesKeep updated and accurate medical records for all patientsInform patients on how to use and maintain their eyeglassesGive necessary referrals for patients with additional tests needed to resolve their visual concerns that may not be limited to prescribing glasses and other optical devicesQUALIFICATIONS: Four (4) or Six (6) years graduate of Doctor of OptometryExamining the human eye, analyzing ocular function, prescribing, and dispensing ophthalmic lenses & other optical devices, and accessories; conducting ocular exercise and vision training.Diploma and Certificate of RegistrationAt least one (1) to two (2) years of related experienceExpert in analyzing test resultsProven capability in engaging with patientsJob Type: Full-time
