Assistant Operation Manager (Ledger Management) adheres to quality and service standards by ensuring the smooth running of the unit by implementing robust processes and procedures to help improve the day-to-day operation within and outside the unit related to customer request. The incumbent will carry out leadership responsibilities which may include interviewing, selection and hiring and providing effective performance feedback through recognition and coaching to Team Leads. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Directs and controls the monitoring and tracking of all the deliverables of the unit especially on the processing of client requests, reviewing of client accounts before releasing the property title, and ensuring that proper feedback and accurate information is given to the client in a timely manner. 2. Sets direction for the Department and implements policy and process improvements to increase request processing accuracy and efficiency. 3. Assesses and analyzes the Department's performance against the set of standards and objectives of the Operations Division to determine and improve the Department's effectiveness by identifying and anticipating problems and affecting remedial and preventive measures. 4. Analyzes and creates action plans to address issues within the unit to ensure consistency in the execution of plans. 5. Assists and handles escalated accounts in a professional and timely manner that will look after the best interest of both the customer and the company. 6. Performs other tasks that may be given from time to time to support the division. 7. Submits reports related to FSU to CCC and Operations Head on a monthly basis. REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor's Degree in Management, Mathematics, or any other business course. -5+ years of ledger management experience is required -High sense of responsibility and urgency in dealing with external and internal clients -High comprehension skills in line with numerical data -Professional in the manner of writing correspondences -High analytical and problem-solving skills, both on numerical and logical situations -Skilled in multi-tasking and account management -Excellent attention to detail -Innovative and goal-oriented -Finds order in voluminous tasks and is able to react efficiently in request volume surges.
