Job Description 1. Assist the Senior Manager in organizing and supervising work in the production department.
2. Plan, leads organize and control the day to day operation of the Department/Section.
3. Monitors and recommend changes in work methods/and or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and department expenses.
4. Conducts new hire and on-going training in production.
5. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality housekeeping and safety are met.
6. Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings and perform other tasks as directed Sr. Manager.
7. Ensure that schedules and objectives are met.
8. Performs other duties as required and reports to Factory Manager. Qualifications Requirement any engineering course graduate
with experience in Electronics manufacturing preferably Japanese manufacturing
with 5years of managerial experience is a must
with experience in ISO9001 FMEA and Control MUST
solid experience in handling production in electronics manufacturing setting.
knowledgeable in solder wave
knowledge in PCB is an advantage but not required
