Area Sales Manager - Fmcg

Responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Collaborate in creating plans and programs that are in line with the district and regional objectives.
-Implement, monitor, and evaluate strategies and plans for the assigned area, and suggest improvements to the supervisor.
-Promote and sell products, brands, and corporate initiatives to key decision makers, distributors, and customers.
-Negotiate trading terms and ensure they are effectively used.
-Conduct regular reviews of sales and performance, identifying achievements and issues, and developing plans to close any gaps


Qualifications:
-Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or any related field
-At least 5 years of experience in managerial or supervisory position
-Experienced in handling General Trade
-Experienced in directly managing a distributor
-Proficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales Leadership
-Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas
