DUTIES: Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance through regular visits and audits.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Set up and monitor store KPIs to track performance and progress.Financial Performance:
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reports for each location.
- Set and achieve financial targets, including sales, profitability, and cost control.
- Identify and address financial discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Maximize sales and profitability across the stores in the area.
- Monitor sales and work toward meeting daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives as needed.Staff Management:
- Promote, train, and develop branch managers and key staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to reduce staff turnover and improve job satisfaction.
- Evaluate Branch Managers and team performance regularly to ensure high standards.Customer Service:
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all branches.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Ensure all branches comply with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure consistent supply.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Double check with the store managers regarding minimizing cost and labor by reviewing schedules of staff and inventory items used.Target Setting and Performance Objectives:
- Set targets for the stores located in the area.
- Create performance objectives for stores to follow.
- Report on area metrics to the corporate office and suggest improvements.Training and Development:
- Provide training and development opportunities for store managers and staff.
- Coach store managers to improve their management skills and operational efficiency.Problem Resolution:
- Resolve problems in the area when they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.Compliance and Efficiency:
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each area.QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3-5 years experience in a managerial position in the food industryPassion for food and people is our priority.We'll teach you what you need to know in terms of math skills.All genders are welcome.Your warmth and authenticity shine the brightest.Respect and kindness are our languages.Absolutely essential to have a love for people.**Area Manager position is available in North and South Luzon, and Metro Manila Area
