Analysis: Analyze sales and collection trends, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to improve both sales and collections performance.

Qualifications:
> College Graduate
> Not more than 40 years old
> With at least 2 years of sales and collection experience from Banking and Finance Industry or Lending
