Responsibilities: Assist in work schedule prioritiesImplementation of design guidelines and standards for mall and tenant constructionImplementation of design standards and efficiencies for all projectsPresentation of project blockings, schematics and concept to diff stake holdersProvide support to leasing thru creation of lease cut studies and evaluation of tenant plansProvide support to business development through lot plotting and mall blocking studiesCoordinate with internal and external customers related to assigned project/s.Perform other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Qualifications: Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor in Architecture/Landscape Architecture; Licensed ArchitectAt least 2-3 years of working experience as Project Architect/Landscape Architect/Designer; Newly Licensed Architects are welcome to applyHave experience in Top Architectural Firms or Major DevelopersProficient in SketchUp, Lumion, CAD Detailing, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft OfficeProvide Conceptual and Schematic PresentationsSelf-starter, able to do assigned tasks with minimal supervision; Can work under pressureExcellent communication skillsCandidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
