Architect

Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
Provide client's input & initiative during the design phase.
Review and evaluate design proposals to ensure they align with project goals, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate with external design teams and consultants to develop plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
At least 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Previous work on diverse architectural projects is an advantage.
Experience conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
Must be a licensed architect in the Philippines.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the conceptualization and development of architectural designs.
Experience in creating detailed construction drawings and specifications.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards in the Philippines.
Ability to navigate the regulatory approval process for architectural projects.
Familiarity with project budgeting and cost estimation related to architectural components.
