We are currently looking for an Account Receivable Associate, who will play an important role in our dynamic team while dealing with some reporting and accounting tasks.
At Candorvision, your role will involve: Assisting in period end closing activities as well as providing various types of analysis Managing wholesalers' payments and deductions Processing and booking cheques, Stripe, and other payments. Responding to customer inquiries regarding their account status (via phone and emails) Performing collection calls to follow up on outstanding accounts. Assisting in the regular reporting and preparing ad hoc analysis Special assignments and projects as our business grows and evolves. You can be successful in this role if you have: Advanced knowledge of Excel. Previous experience with Quickbooks is an asset. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and French, both in oral and writing as our accounts are located in all provinces of Canada (including Québec) Ability to prioritize and manage workload demands, deadlines, and multiple tasks, as required, while working with minimum supervision. At least post-secondary education degree (i.e., DCS) with two-three years' experience in finance/accounting or bookkeeping. Bachelor's Degree is an asset. Experience working in a small/medium-sized company is an asset.
