SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Scope
1. Identify areas for potential products and clients. Contacting potential supplier and clients to establish a new business relationship.
2. Develop new sales and improving sales through various methods.
3. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
4. Train new salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations.
5. Lead team in product demonstrations.
6. Lead team in collaborating with technical team and or suppliers to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and or products.
7. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep new business competitive
8. Reports and collaboration with management.
Skills:
1. Technical Proficiency:
• Understand the technical aspects of audio-visual equipment and solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field.
2. Communication Skills:
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for proposal writing and presentations.
3. Problem-solving Skills:
• Analyze clients' needs and come up with efficient solutions.
4. Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:
• Work well with clients, sales teams, and technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments.
5. Organizational Skills:
• Manage multiple clients, proposals, and projects simultaneously.
6. Customer Service Oriented:
• Understand and prioritize the needs of the client.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing or any related field.
2. Five years minimum experience in Pro AV is a MUST.
3. Technical experience working in the audio visual industry to ensure the individual understands theproducts and solutions and communicate their benefits.
Salary Range: 70 to 100k
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00PM
