Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Website Designer to join their dynamic team. Aprio is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, coupled with a strong proficiency in Figma. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex ideas into visually stunning and user-centric digital experiences.
\n Position Responsibilities: Lead the design process for complex website projects, from concept to launch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Content, Segment Growth, and Client Advisors to ensure alignment with business objectives.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, adhering to design standards and best practices.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and ADA Compliance.Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.Expert-level proficiency in Figma.Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.In-depth understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress).Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
