Plantation Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the development of the plantations; extensions and replanting. Organizing, Budget and cost control. Fully responsible of the overall operation of the company's plantations.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assuming leadership responsibility in ensuring infrastructure and supporting units are well equipped.
-Providing leadership and strategic guidance to all Forestry aspects (Development, Harvesting and Maintenance).
-Actively involved in the ground operations.
-Involve in planning and execution of the company's plan.
-Overseas the daily operations of the plantation – be responsible for the human capital development, asset utilization and preservation and operational performance.
-Inspecting the plantations and prepare submission written reports after each visit detailing the plantations and conditions of all aspects together with necessary recommendations.
-Provide recommendations on all forestry aspects of the development and operations of the plantation conformance to best developed practices.
-Ensure all plantations are within the framework of Environment policies and responsibilities.
-Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner.
-Build relationship with key stakeholders and also local government and community around the plantations.
-Any other duties delegated by the Sr. Development Manager.
