APPOINTMENT SETTER (Travel Account) for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).
Main Function: Sales Outbound (B2B)Lead GenerationAppointment Setting Communication Skills: Focused attitude and take no for an answer mindsetEffective verbal communication skills with both external and internal customersDocument customer account activities thoroughly and conciselyEngage in interactive dialogued with customers through active listening Problem Solving Skills: Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcomeMake appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectivelyEffectively prioritize work to ensure efficiencyConduct research as needed Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English Communication SkillsArticulation of words must be excellentAt least College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalentMust have CSR or Sales experience in the BPO industryExperience with Upselling is a plusSavvy in using basic office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PPT, and spreadsheetsAverage Typing Speed of 45-50 WPMKnows how to handle scheduling, reports, and other admin tasksExperience in handling Travel or any Hospitality fieldsFast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skillsTeam player and able to work with less supervisionGood problem solver & a Positive attitudeMust be willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends, and holidaysWell-organized, Responsible, and has InitiativeIndependent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeedCan Multi-task and be flexible in other tasks that may assignedWilling to start immediately
