Job Description
Call Center Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.

Requirements:
At least HS (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
With at least three to six (3-6) months of any sales experience
Has good customer service orientation
Communication skills is above average to excellent
