Application Management Manager

Work Conditions: Full Time, Hybrid (once/week in the office) Business Hours: Regular Business Hours (Dayshift) Salary: PHP 60,000 per month Target Date: September Number of Positions: 1 Contract Duration: Project basis for 6 months, with potential extension to 12 months based on performance
? Lead and oversee application development projects from conception to completion.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
? Ensure the timely delivery and quality of developed applications.
? Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
? Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project completion.
? Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications? At least 2 years of experience in Application Development.
? Proficiency in SQL, .NET, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, or equivalent systems.
? Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry is preferred.
? Project management experience is preferred, though not necessarily in a management or leadership role.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
