You will work closely with department heads, team members and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of these programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Program Coordination:Ensure the timely delivery of program objectives and milestones.Maintain program implementation schedules and monitor progress.Administrative Support:Distribute program-related documents, reports and materials. Publish training materials Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for programs.Respond to Learning Portal support ticketsHandle asynchronous program-related correspondences and communications.Roster management, session invites, and roster completion activitiesGather feedback and input from participants to improve program quality.Data Management:Tracking and maintenance of program activities, participants, and outcomes. Administer post-training surveysCollect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.Generate reports and presentations based on program data.Event Planning:Coordinate logistics for program-related events, workshops, and meetings.Arrange venues, catering, and equipment as needed.Assist in the promotion of marketing of program events.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Maintain organized program documentation and records.Assist in the preparation of applications and program proposals.Conduct accessibility audits.What we're looking for...You're energized by discovering the best new learning approaches and applying them to create engaging learning programs.  You seek feedback and understand the importance of continuous improvement.
