Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online chat inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping to drive sales through online chat channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers- Assist with online ordering and troubleshooting any technical issues- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online experience for customers- Help drive sales through online chat channels by promoting special offers and promotions- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers- Meet and exceed performance metrics for online chat response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
