ANALYST - PAYROLL ACCOUNTING

 

Job Description:
Prepare various reports and analyses as needed to support Payroll

Prepare, review, and/or post journal entries for accurate record keeping

Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliation of payroll related to GA accounts

Prepare and maintain payroll accounting records for efficient access to information

Examine, review, and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy
- Respond to inquiries related to payroll for the decision-making process

Understands month-end accounting close process and submits entries for approval to close each month

Requires ability to process complex time-sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and effectively communicate the related required actions.
