POSITION OBJECTIVE As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a highly passionate and capable individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create, put into place, and keep an eye on daily operating procedures to give insight into the objectives, advancement, and challenges of major projects. Plan, track, and evaluate important metrics for daily operations to guarantee timely and effective task completion. Maintain clean, accurate, well-organized ticket pipelines (Hubspot / Jira) Supervise the activities of the Customer support team. Work with the Customer Support team to identify and develop the best channels and strategies to communicate with customers and users; Assist the Customer Support team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed; Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally. Requirements Experience and knowledge in the blockchain industry are preferred. Attentive to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment and to deliver multiple projects to deadline. Strong ability to establish and carry out policies. You are expected to actively validate your own work, maintaining the highest level of quality in everything that you do. Autonomous and self-starting mentality. Experience in designing important KPIs and/or OKRs for the organisation. Ability to build strong relationships with people, understand their needs and goals, identify creative solutions, and manage action items through to completion. Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience with G-Suite.
