JOB SUMMARY The position is responsible of the following duties-Business Expansion-Operational Carparks-Operations and Other dept.-Customer Service-Car Park Performance analysisSPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIESBUSINESS EXPANSION-Generate leads and pursuits pipeline-Survey assigned area for potential business-Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with clients-Coordinate with client for additional information for the feasibility study-Prepare write-up and costing for presentation and approval of BDM-Prepare proposal materials for client presentation-Conduct client presentation-Prepare contract for the agreement, set meeting to finalize agreement-Assist the BD head and/or the BDO in the client presentation-Build strong and retain good relationships with the customers-Attend to all other tasks relevant to business development that may be assignedOPERATIONAL CARPARKS-Monitor the sales revenue and costs-Analyse and study the vacancy causes and patterns-Prompt marketing unit of the operation's dep't to prepare a marketing plan - Simultaneous with the site approval memorandumOPERATIONS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS-Coordinate with the Operations Head the operational details for new parking sites-Coordinate with the Facilities Head the technical details for new parking sites-Coordinate with other heads about their participation in the new parking sitesCUSTOMER SERVICE-Responds and manage all clients inquires, complaints and claims in an efficient and timely manner-Building and maintaining good rapport to lessors and its officers.CARPARK PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS-Monitor and report on promotional campaigns developed including competitor's activities-Monitor pricing strategies that increas yield and revenue-Contributing to the development of strategic plans and preparations of tender documentation and other proposals documentation and other proposals for the future expansions of parking operations.OTHERSPerforms other tasks assigned from time to time by immediate superiorCOMPETENCIES AND SKILLS FOR THE ROLESKILLSActive LearningUnderstands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision makingMulti-tasking Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, asses priorities and manage multiple activities with attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.Computer SkillsMust have an advance skills and proficiency in Microsoft office programsNegotiation SkillsAbility to lead conversation in a tackful manner that will come up with a win agreement REQUIREMENTS-Must keep confidentiality-Team player and organized -Trustworthy and honest-Integrity-Attention to detail-Quality Consciousness-Aggressive and pro-active-Strong completion drive-Value-DrivenQUALIFICATION-Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in business-related course or marketing-Must have at least one year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansions strategy, product & service innovations and revenue generating management-Must be analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast pace environment-Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
