Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for an ADVERTISING SPECIALIST for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).
Responsibilities: Analyze advertising campaigns and develop insights and recommendations to improve performance.Monitor and report on key KPIs, such as conversion rates, CPA, and ROIWork closely with marketing teams to develop and execute effective advertising strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and other mediumsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategiesManage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize impact and ROIConduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threatsCommunicate key insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in advertising analytics or related fieldAmazon advertising experience is highly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and interpretationExperience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etcExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of building successful relationships with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlinesProven ability to work independently and as a team member with limited supervision.
