I am a Recruiter We are looking for Airport Booth Coordinator JOB DETAILS  Qualifications:   
• Identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs to achieve positive customer experience and first 
contact resolution through face-to-face interaction.
• Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers building and 
maintaining effective relationships that foster trust and mutual respect.
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high 
customer satisfaction.
• Be genuinely excited to help customers by being patient, empathetic and passionately 
communicative.
• Research, analyze and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner by using 
appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create appropriate resolution while 
maintaining ownership of the issues.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, coworkers and 
partners. 
Responsibilities: 
Assist passengers and drivers in Venue Booking and managing Booth Services and dispatching delivery 
items. 
• Booking Rides for Passengers using Client Venue App. 
• Assist passengers in booking rides using passenger App. 
• Helping and resolving driver escalation issues or passenger issues. 
• Promote products, promos, events, and activities the Client offers. 
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Client's Booths. 
• Safeguard Client-issued tools. 
• Follow instructions from Booking Agent Supervisors/Team Leader/Manager. 
• Prepare and submit reports accurately. 
• Any other related activities that need to be done to perform duties and responsibilities in manning 
and servicing the clients, partners, affiliates in the Client's Booth
