Ensures that all incoming invoices from service providers and Schenker offices worldwide related to Imports have been charged out to the correct party. Ensure shipment are in profit once invoice is issued. Seek further advice when shipment is in a loss. Ensure all invoices are issued to the correct party (sent same day or AM following day) To adhere to stakeholders' requirements To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team's targets and objectives.
