Job Description The AI Product Development Expert is responsible for leading the ideation, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions, tools, or processes that address market gaps or organizational needs. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that AI initiatives are not only feasible and impactful but also align with the company's strategic goals. The manager will drive AI development by translating market insights and strategic objectives into actionable AI development plans, coordinating with various teams to bring state-of-the-art AI solutions to fruition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify opportunities for AI development based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal challenges. Lead the ideation and development of AI solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to pilot, test, and implement AI-driven concepts. Measure and report on the success and impact of introduced AI solutions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity in AI development within the organization. KPIs: Idea Generation and Validation:

Based on defined AI project success metrics TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES: AI Solution Concepts: Development of detailed and viable AI-driven product or solution concepts that address identified market gaps or organizational needs. This includes creating AI prototypes or proof-of-concept models to validate ideas. Strategic AI R&D Roadmaps: Provide a comprehensive overview of planned AI research initiatives, focusing on breakthrough areas, technology exploration, prototyping, and commercialization. It will include key timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies, detailing the transition of AI solutions through stages such as ideation, feasibility studies, prototype development, pilot testing, and final deployment. Feasibility Studies and AI Business Cases: Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate the potential value and impact of new AI innovations, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments. Cross-Functional AI Collaboration: Successful coordination with internal teams (e.g., engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales) to ensure that the development of AI solutions is aligned with strategic goals and market needs. AI Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-driven initiatives and providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders. HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Work Experience At least 1-3 years of product management experience. Experience with cross-functional team leadership and managing projects through the entire product lifecycle. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana). Good mix of startup and corporate experience.
