Job Description Oversee the full life cycle of ML (machine learning) and AI (artificial intelligence) models, from development to deployment and maintenance.Coordinate fine-tuning of pre-trained models for specific tasks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Integrate models and data pipelines into finalized products to deliver business value, as necessary.Work closely with different IT teams (Infrastructure and DevOps) to build, configure, and monitor infrastructure for AI/ML models and use cases.Collaborate with vendors, various IT groups, and internal data and analytics teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into the broader ecosystem.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation from models, algorithms, configurations, and other required documentation in the SDLC process.The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.15+ years of relevant IT Data & Analytics experience.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.Proven experience in deploying and building machine learning models in a production environment.Experience in managing LLMs and model fine-tuning is a strong advantage.Hands-on experience in prompt engineering is a strong advantage.What's on Offer If you are a seasoned IT Data & Analytics talent with expertise in AI/ML and GenAI, this opportunity is for you!
